Pollock is the first known artist the use paint pouring as a painting method. The way he kept his whole body moving during the process of creating a painting inspired me to keep that fluidity in my work. He influenced me by allowing the paint to flow in its own direction, he didn’t choose where to apply the paint. I applied this to my bubblewrap paintings.
