Using bubblewrap allowed the paint to flow in its own direction. I lost control of what the paint would do, where it would go, how it would move. Once the paint had dried, I peeled the paint from the bubble wrap. The painting is left with some outstanding textures that would be near impossible to recreate painting in conventional methods. My paintings are encouraged to be touched. These paintings create an immersive experience by being able to interact with them. Evoking a bodily response by creating a euphoric, sensual, visually satisfying experience.
